The rotors are made in a special shape in order to keep the distance between the rotors and raise the efficiency.

The precision of rotors is fully controlled and variation of precision between blowers is almost nil error because  the rotors are produced under the mass production control by utilizing the numerical control machine tool. In addition , the rotors are dynamically balanced in the fabrication stage already, so that these rotors are almost free from vibration as in the case of conventional rotors which are still unbalanced.
